One Stop Resources and Referrals

The LESD Family Success Center is open on weekdays to provide assistance to community members with accessing the resources and information they need to be successful.

 Whether a family is in need of assistance finding food, shelter, medical care, assistance with Domestic Violence, or any other resource, the LESD-FSC can help. With access to over 100 partner agencies and organizations, the LESD-FSC can help you find the resource you need to be successful. If you or a family you know is currently facing a barrier to family success, let us help with overcoming this and reaching your goals for a healthier and stronger family.

Families can access services on a walk-in basis during regular business hours. To refer an individual or family for services, you can also complete the FRC Referral for Services form found on the Tools and Forms page.

We also strive to help every child in our community have, and successfully use health insurance. If you or a child you know does not currently have health insurance, please call our office today at 845-2724 to find out if we can help you.
